Shipping & Returns
What shipping company do you use to ship?
We use USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class Mail, UPS Ground, and UPS SurePost. With UPS SurePost, UPS transports the packages around the country and the USPS is responsible for the final delivery. We also use Canada Post for our customers in Canada.
Delivery notice received but no box?
Sorry to hear your box has not yet arrived although a delivery notification was received. Please do check with others at your address, or perhaps a neighbor, to see if someone else has picked up the package. You can also check around the entrances of your residence for the package, particularly on back porches, bushes, garages, grills, or other places that might protect your package from theft or weather. Also please note there is a secondary tracking number for UPS SurePost packages. This can be found at the bottom of the UPS tracking page, and can be useful for more detailed updates if the package is tendered to the post office for the last mile delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ONLY ship within the United States (including U.S. military addresses or APO/FPO) as well as Canada. Any assessed duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
What is the Grenade Soap Co. return policy? What do I do about a damaged/ or non-working product?
Because of the nature of the products we do not accept general returns. However, if you received a damaged item, straight out of the box, we will send a replacement or something of similar value, within a 15 day period of your receipt of your Grenade Soap Co. After 15 days items cannot be replaced. Electronics and other similar items, may be under a factory warranty, in which case, you may need to contact the original manufacturer.Email Questions@grenadesoapco.com with your questions concerning replacements. Keep in mind, we do not manufacture or sell these products for retail. When emailing please be sure to provide the Name/Email that is linked to your active account, so we can assist you faster!
