What is Grenade Soap Co. and One Man Army?
Good Question! Grenade Soap Co. / OMA is your one stop shop for Men’s grooming products with a military or “grenade” theme. We specialize in hair care, skin care, shaving, bar soap and toiletry cases.
Grenade Soap Co. also offers subscription services for our soap bars which you can pre-pay for a 3-month (3 bar) subscription. You have the ability to customize when you wish to receive your bars (every 30, 60, or 90 days).
Why didn’t I get my package?
Most often part of the shipping address is wrong. Please make sure to confirm all is correct to prevent any shipping delays. On the rare occasion there has been a error in shipping, please email support@grenadegrooming.com and the team will be happy to assist you in correcting this.
What shipping company do you use to ship?
We use USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class Mail, UPS Ground, and UPS SurePost. With UPS SurePost, UPS transports the packages around the country and the USPS is responsible for the final delivery. We also use Canada Post for our customers in Canada.
Delivery notice received but no box?
Sorry to hear your box has not yet arrived although a delivery notification was received. Please do check with others at your address, or perhaps a neighbor, to see if someone else has picked up the package. You can also check around the entrances of your residence for the package, particularly on back porches, bushes, garages, grills, or other places that might protect your package from theft or weather. Also please note there is a secondary tracking number for UPS SurePost packages. This can be found at the bottom of the UPS tracking page, and can be useful for more detailed updates if the package is tendered to the post office for the last mile delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ONLY ship within the United States (including U.S. military addresses or APO/FPO).
